I WISH for a home

I have a fixed pension after working for years an a nurse. i want more than anything to have my own home. I want to go back to Peoria Illinois and live in the towers where I felt safe after my husband died in 2002. I am presently in Chicago living with my son and very unhappy.
The condo I want is on the 8th floor and is 88,000. I can make the payment but don't have a down payment. People from my church live there. The condos are rent to purchase and may have someone in them but I can hold out till their lease is up.
In 1988 the Chicago tribune did theirlife series on foster children. they used my life story"Never a a place to call home". I want so much my own home. cathychildofgod@yahoo.com
