I'm begging, literally, $1, $2, $5, anything. It has been a tough
year, I lost my job in March which wasn't the end of the world as I
do have a handyman business license, even though it wasn't much
work but helped some at least. We have a decent little home we just
moved into in May, a stretch financially but its our own place.
I've continued to apply everywhere possible all summer to no avail.
I've come upon some leads for work but just spent the last 7 days
in the hospital w/ diverticulitus and a severe urinary tract
infection. I am home now but still in ridiculous amounts of pain
and on two different antibiotics. So thats a week w/ no work and
more weeks to come unable to work. The hope is to avoid surgery and
a colostomy or removal of intestines. My g/f bears the entire
financial load right now and its too much. Every utility and bill
is behind, all w/ late fees, INCLUDING the mortgage. She just
doesn't make enough on her own to pay it all and feed the family. I
feel helpless and vulnerable and I hate it. I'm not asking for a
miracle, just some help that I will surely pay forward in the
future as I've always done. I'm worried about the right now but
know in the back of my head that my daughters birthday and
Christmas is coming but as far as gifts, not the priority right
now. Not looking for a set amount, but if I had to honestly say
what would help us the most around $2,000 so that we can catch up
all bills current including mortgage and be able to pay a month
ahead on the house and car so that I have a little time to heal and
get back to work not being behind. If you're reading this and would
give $1, and maybe ask a few friends to give $1 too it'd mean the
world to us. I'm not even thinking about the hospital bill yet but
not paying that right now won't lose us our home. You can paypal or
