Hi. My name is Stephanie Brown. I am a single mother of 4 beautiful
babies. My son LaDamien was diagnosed with Juvenile
Meylomonocycstic Leukemia (JMML) when he was 2 1/2 months old
(9/04). Anyone that has ever dealt with cancer knows the battle is
always rough. I have to say we have been very blessed because
LaDamien recently celebrated his 8th birthday this past June.
Dealing with all this has made life very diffucult and since me and
my husband seperated its been very hard financially. We lived in a
hotel for the last 8 months and recently finally got into a real
house. The rent and security deposit have wiped my out of cash. Im
not reciving any type of other assistance at the moment and we need
alot of things (food, toiletries, phone, electric, school supplies,
school clothes/shoes, furniture, gas) if anyone can help in anyway
we would greatly appreciate it. We are more then happy to accept
used items so everyone knows. Again, thanks to everyone that takes
