Dena was recently diagnosed with a large, inoperable and cancerous brain tumor.

I have had this wish up once before but didnt get a response so I thought one more effort.I need to relocate for a better job and for the saftey of my girls and myself .My ex went to prison for crimes commited against me .I testified in front of the grand jury against him and he got 8 years and served 3 and 1/2 .Well for the first year of his release we heard nothing from him to my delight but as soon as he got off probation things changed.He nows drives by my house and my daughters school....

Hi, my name is Kim ... I'm a single mom, very blessed with 5 amazing children, but my youngest, Emmie, is very sick, and we spend a lot of time in Children's Hospital of Philadelphia and Dupont in Delaware.

Emmie so far has had 7 open heart surgeries, cardiac arrest, strokes, and severe neurological damage. She uses a wheelchair, can no longer eat or drink, and requires meds every 2 hours, as well as continuous feeds, through her G-J feeding tube in her tummy.

She is presently in a body cast, and will be for at least the next 18 months, to heal several compression fractures in her spine, due to severe bone issues.

We expect over the next few days that the Wish Upon A Hero members affected by Hurricane Gustav will post up their wishes as a result of this natural disaster.
