Meet Jim, he is a lifelong Yankees fan. Jim has had lung and kidney cancer and is currently dying from metastatic melanoma of the liver. His sons decided to surprise their dad with a trip to Yankee Stadium. But even more surprising is when he had the chance to stand in the dugout and meet some of the players.
